    This option is for you if you have an immediate challenge at work or in life that you need support with. We’ll do two focused discovery calls, then dive straight into coaching. Perfect if you already know the goal you want to achieve and don’t need deep exploration — just clarity, tools, and action plan.

  • Clarity, confidence, and momentum

    This program is for you if you feel stuck, aren’t sure what your next step is, and want to give coaching a real try. It includes three discovery calls to uncover more about yourself — your patterns, saboteurs, and the leader within. From there, we’ll create an action plan and work through real-life situations together, and provide you space to reflect.

  • The full coaching journey

    This is for you if you’re ready to go deep and invest in long-term transformation. Together, we’ll explore your values, purpose, vision, and identify saboteurs. Along the way, we’ll do “life snapshots” as checkpoints. Best option if you want to create a 2–3 year plan and want a trusted partner to hold you accountable, talk through challenges, and keep you aligned with your goals.

I’m here to help you quiet that inner critic, find your voice, and show up with confidence and clarity.

I spent 8 years at a large tech company, leading over 20 internal product launches while navigating constant change. Despite career growth, I often struggled with self-doubt and the pressure to prove myself. As a woman of color, being seen such as speaking up, sharing accomplishments, trusting my voice didn’t always come naturally. Over time, I learned that confidence isn’t about performing – it’s about leading from authenticity.

Coaching became my turning point. It gave me the tools to own my story, trust my instincts, and lead with authenticity which changed the way I showed up at work (and in life!). Now, as a certified coach, I help others do the same—building the clarity, courage, and confidence to navigate their careers and define success on their own terms.
