  • Coaching is about creating space to grow personally and professionally. It’s about setting goals, shifting perspectives, and making the changes that move you toward the life you want. I’m here to help you get there. We often get so caught up in the day-to-day that we forget to pause and see the bigger picture. Coaching gives you that moment to slow down, reflect, and reconnect with what truly matters so you can take intentional steps toward it.

  • I’m trained to coach across all areas both professional and personal. I look at the whole person, not just what’s happening at work or in relationships. I believe everything is connected.

  • It’s important to note what coaching is not. I’m not your therapist, life expert, or someone who tells you what to do. Coaching is a collaborative journey. It’s about helping you live your life more fully. It’s not about fixing yourself, but about understanding yourself more deeply and turning that awareness into action.

  • I’m not a recruiter or job placement specialist. There are times where I can review your resume to give feedback, but I am not meant to help you find a new job. Instead, I provide a safe confidential space for you to explore your strengths, values, goals, and your next steps.

  • Therapists are trained to address mental health concerns. Coaching focuses on building self-awareness, setting goals, and moving your life forward. If at any point I feel we’re moving into an area outside my expertise, I will address it with you and make sure you’re getting the right support.

  • Coaching with me is a partnership. We’re in this together. I’m pretty direct and honest because I believe that’s where real growth happens. My goal is to support you, challenge you, and help you see things in a new light. Like any relationship, the vibe matters. If it doesn’t feel like the right fit, that’s totally okay! I won’t take it personally. I can even help connect you with another coach who might be a better match. I prefer quality coaching over quantity of clients.
