My role is to help you uncover what's already there within you, challenge what’s holding you back, and provide the right support and tools to move forward.

Hi, I’m aimee

I spent a decade at a tech company leading product launches while navigating constant change and complex team dynamics. Despite career growth, I often struggled with self-doubt and the pressure to prove myself. As a woman of color, being seen such as speaking up, sharing accomplishments, trusting my voice didn’t always come naturally. Over time, I learned you don’t have to become someone else to become a great leader.

Coaching became my turning point. It gave me the tools to own my strengths, trust my instincts, and lead in a way that feels right for me which changed the way I showed up at work (and in life). Now, as a certified coach, I help others get clear on what they want, build the courage and confidence to navigate their careers and defining success on their own terms.
